WELCOME
Ackworth Road Runners Junior Section caters for children aged 4 to 14. All activities are supported by qualified coaches and assistants who are all DBS verified.
We follow the England Athletics 365 programme of running, jumping and throwing for the younger ones and then cater for older or more experienced runners with track sessions throughout the winter months.
Apart from weekly training sessions we also hold a series of events throughout the year aimed at all ages to compete safely.
MEMBERSHIP
Annual membership is £10 plus £3 per training session. Track sessions are charged at the prevailing track rate at the time.

Summer Training
Monday evenings until the end of July
All ages - 6pm to 7pm at Ackworth School sport field - meet at 5.50 for 6pm start.
Monday evening from the end of July
All ages - 5.45pm at Nostell Priory.
