2025 will see the Club celebrate its 40th Anniversary.

We are affiliated to England Athletics and operate in accordance with their rules and regulations.

Training and advice is provided by our E.A qualified coaching team (for Seniors and Juniors).

Members pay an annual subscription (£36 for 2025) which includes EA affiliation (£20). There are no additional fees for training nights.

Membership is at record level with over 300 seniors and over 50 Juniors.

We welcome all abilities and ages - Juniors from 4 and seniors of any age.

Racing and competitions are encouraged, although not compulsory. We have members who can compete for prizes and those who simply enjoy participation.

We are affiliated to England Athletics and have a growing coaching team.

Members participate in road / multi-terrain / trail / cross country / ultra distance events and support local parkruns.
